We build the AI products, workflows, and agents that companies actually run — then put them in front of real markets to see if they hold up. Most do.
// Who we are
BlackSig builds AI-native products, automation, and agents — and then has to live with whether they work. We're not advising from the sidelines or shipping slide decks. We build the thing, run it, and keep the ones that earn their place.
The bet behind all of it: the companies that win the next decade won't be the ones with the biggest teams. They'll be small operations with serious leverage — agents that do the work, systems that get better on their own, products that make money without a headcount attached to every dollar.
Half the market right now is chatbots wearing an "agent" badge. We build the other half — systems that actually do something and can show their work. The test we hold everything to is simple: can it run without us? When the answer is no, the thing isn't finished yet.
Run by an operator with 12 years in growth marketing and 8 in creator marketing — 45+ brands, 210M+ views. Knowing how attention actually moves, and how to build systems that capture it, runs through everything here.
// What we've built
These are live, not slides. Things we've built, shipped, and kept running because they earn it. A few are products in their own right; others are the systems we use to run everything else.
An AI visibility solution and agency. It checks how a page reads to AI — the things that decide whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI cite you — then writes and applies the fixes. So when buyers ask AI for a recommendation, your name comes up.
Watches how a brand shows up across the AI engines week to week — where you appear, how often, and how you stack against competitors. It's how you tell whether the visibility work is actually moving the needle.
A creator OS that studies what the best creators in your lane actually do, then helps you turn it into scripts that grow your own channel. Built out of eight years running a creator agency.
Breaks down UGC ad creative frame by frame — what the hook does, where the pacing wins or loses — and turns the patterns into scripts that convert. Eight years of doing this by hand, now a system that does it fast.
Workflows and automations built for a specific business — outbound, content, the operational stuff that eats people's days. Real agents that do the job on their own, not a chatbot stapled to a Zapier flow.
A handful of our own products in the works — built from scratch, where the AI isn't a bolt-on feature but the entire point. We put them out, watch what the market does, and lean into whatever sticks.
// How we work
One question decides whether something we build is any good: can it run, improve, and pay off without somebody babysitting it? If it can't, it's not done. Here's how we think about the work.
If a system needs you checking in on it every day, it was built wrong. We design for it to run on its own from the start — not patch that in later when the manual work gets painful.
One person with the right setup can out-produce a team of ten. Every system we build is, in some quiet way, a bet on that.
We'd rather put something rough in front of a real market this week than a polished thing next quarter. The sooner you know what's working, the sooner you can kill what isn't.
A great product nobody can find is just a hobby. We treat audience and attention as part of the build — not something you go figure out once it's launched.
